I fell off the wagon this week.
I wasted 60 minutes of my life watching people talk trash about sports, two nights in a row. I used to be a sports addict as a kid. Then I grew up and realized that pro sports has no relevance to my life. I’ve coached football my entire adult life. I have worked out since I was 12. I believe in the power of sports. I believe in the power of athletics. I believe in the power of training. I can’t stand watching pro sports, reading about it, or listening to the nonsense connected to it. But addictions are hard to break.
